Why this works
RevRelay helps put your business in front of 600–1,000 businesses per day in your target market.
To create that kind of reach manually, you’d need a serious outbound operation.
The manual way
20,000+
dials per day
At a 5% connect rate, reaching this kind of volume could require roughly 20,000 dials every day just to create enough conversations.
The manual way
30–40
full-time canvassers
To physically reach 1,000 businesses in a day, you could need roughly 30–40 full-time canvassers — and even more in spread-out territories.
With RevRelay
600–1,000
businesses per day
Instead, we use high-quality, personalized outbound email at scale to help generate exclusive quote requests from businesses in your approved service area.
The result: a more scalable, cost-effective way to consistently get in front of the businesses you actually want to work with.
A different way to generate commercial opportunities
Traditional lead marketplaces, SEO and paid ads all depend on someone already looking for a provider.
RevRelay works differently. We identify the commercial facilities you want to work with, reach the right decision-makers in your approved territory, and turn outbound conversations into exclusive quote requests for your company.
The RevRelay way
Instead of competing for the same handful of inbound leads, RevRelay helps create opportunities that weren’t sitting on a lead marketplace in the first place.
Your territory. Your ideal facilities. Your decision-makers. Your exclusive quote requests.
Mutual fit
We’re built for established commercial service providers who want a predictable way to create more sales opportunities — not businesses looking for a shortcut or guaranteed contracts.
You expect every quote request to turn into a customer.
Commercial sales still requires quoting, follow-up and closing.
You’re new to commercial facility services and don’t have at least 8 contracts.
RevRelay works best for experienced commercial service providers who already know how to quote, follow up and close — because generating the opportunity is only half the equation.
You’re unwilling to consistently follow up.
Good opportunities can be lost when responses take days.
You expect instant results.
Your campaign goes live about 2 weeks after you start, and quote requests begin within a week of that — roughly 21 days in. Closing one can take up to 30 days on average, so you need a financial buffer because you’re paying for quote requests before your first contract closes. You generally start making your money back by month 2.
You’re looking for cheap shared leads or one-off residential jobs.
Our focus is exclusive commercial opportunities with recurring potential.

Founder
Based in Toronto, Canada, I spent over a decade in sales building outbound pipelines as an SDR for SaaS companies. That experience led me to build RevRelay — focused on a more predictable, performance-driven approach to outbound. Today, RevRelay runs targeted outreach campaigns that put commercial facility service providers in front of businesses asking for a quote.
Before you book
There’s a small one-time setup fee to build and launch your campaign. After that, you pay per qualified quote request.
Most campaigns range from $90–$120 per qualified quote request, depending on your territory, market size and targeting requirements.
Your exact rate is agreed on before your campaign launches.
Most campaigns are designed to generate approximately 5–15 qualified quote requests per month, depending on your territory, available market size, services, targeting criteria and demand.
We focus on generating legitimate opportunities from businesses that actually fit your campaign rather than chasing an arbitrary lead quota.
Yes. Every quote request is exclusive to your company and is never sold to competing service providers.
You’re not buying a shared marketplace lead where several companies are racing to contact the same prospect.
Your campaign is built specifically around your business, your territory and the types of customers you want to work with.
RevRelay is best suited for established commercial service providers that do good work, can handle additional customers and have a reliable process for quoting and following up with opportunities.
If you’re already capable of delivering the service but need a more consistent way to get in front of businesses looking for quotes, that’s where RevRelay fits.
Your campaign goes live about 2 weeks after you decide to move forward, and qualified quote requests begin within about a week of that — roughly 21 days from the start.
Closing a deal then takes about 30 days on average, so you need a financial buffer because you’re paying for quote requests before your first contract lands. You generally start making your money back by month 2.
Some campaigns produce opportunities much sooner — Godwin received 11 exclusive quote requests in his first week — but every territory and market is different, and individual results aren’t guaranteed.
A qualified quote request is an interested decision-maker at a business that fits the targeting criteria we agreed on before launch and has expressed interest in receiving a quote or speaking with you about your services.
That includes your approved service territory, the types of businesses or facilities you want to work with, and any other agreed campaign requirements.
In most markets, yes — as long as there are enough commercial facilities within your service area that fit your ideal customer profile.
As a general rule, we look for a combined service-area population of at least 1 million people so there’s enough commercial density to build a strong campaign.
Before launching, we review your territory, the types of facilities you want to target and the size of the available market.
Because territories are limited, we’ll also confirm that your area is available before moving forward.
Your return depends on your close rate, average contract value, customer lifetime value and follow-up process, but commercial contracts can make the economics very attractive.
For RevRelay customers, we use 1–2 closed contracts for every 10 qualified quote requests as a practical benchmark when looking at the economics.
For example, if you spend $1,000 generating 10 qualified quote requests and close just one $1,000/month contract, that customer represents $12,000 in annual revenue from a $1,000 acquisition spend — a 12× revenue return before fulfillment costs.
Close 2 out of 10 and the economics become significantly stronger.
More importantly, as your campaign generates more opportunities, you start learning your actual numbers — your close rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC) and average customer value.
Commercial sales is a numbers game. Once you know those numbers, customer acquisition can become much more measurable, repeatable and predictable.
Individual results vary, and quote requests do not guarantee closed contracts.
RevRelay is based in Toronto, Canada.
We work remotely with commercial service providers and build each campaign around the client’s specific service territory, whether that territory is in Canada or the United States.
Our primary focus is recurring commercial service contracts, not filling your calendar with small one-off jobs.
We target businesses and facilities with ongoing service needs and build your campaign around the types of accounts you actually want to win.
The goal is to create opportunities that can turn into long-term commercial customers and recurring monthly revenue, although the final scope and contract terms depend on the needs of each prospect.
